My Story
I’m a detailed oriented residential real estate appraiser. The signs of having an analytical personality type came at an early age for me. My father was a general contractor who could basically build a house from the ground up. When I was young, he would take me along while he worked. I remember being on the roof while he replaced an exhaust and questioned the functionality of the vent. This was one of the many lessons I would learn. Having an analytical personality type would serve me well to end up a real estate appraiser. Aside from being analytical I’m a hard-working and committed individual who is willing to do what it takes to provide exceptional work.
I display dedication with an inspirational drive, a great work ethic, and an eagerness to learn. I possess the skills residential appraising requires such as critical thinking, analytical skills, adherence to policies and procedures, meeting deadlines, and exercising due diligence. Being that internet devices outnumber humans. I also have technical skills such as networking, mastery of software, and troubleshooting.
